2022 in a nutshell

2022 was a strange year for us all, a particularly unsettled year for the housing market which notably affects us at Warrens Removals. However, amongst the chaos of a global pandemic and political uncertainly we have seen continued growth in all aspects of the business.

The early part of the year saw us expand our storage offering to suit our removal customers and our ever-growing self-storage. Our Storage Manager, Jason and the team have dedicated a lot of time and effort to the project.

Due to the team efforts, we have won Storage Company of the Year – Worcestershire for 2022 and 2023, which we will be further publicising in May of 2023 when the awards company are holding the winners event.

We are still planning and growing our storage as we head into 2023.

Every year we look to update our fleet of vehicles, to ensure that they are reliable, look smart and have little downtime. Our smallest removal vehicle was sold and a brand-new vehicle was purchased and sign written. We hope to keep this vehicle for the next few years and so far, it has been a fantastic addition to the fleet.

This year we have also seen the start of Warrens Training Academy, focused on providing advice, training and support for those who want to start, grow or improve their removal company. This has been a huge success so far, providing great contacts around the UK.

2022 also saw the development of our own Removals software, i-mve. Developed to manage removal businesses, improving workload and streamlining the way we quote and manage a customers move. This is very near completion and we aim to fully launch this in 2023.

As we look to the future, we have big plans to grow, develop and improve our core business. But we are looking to diversify and look at different avenues of business.
