In this episode of Warrens Removals TV, we take you behind the scenes of one of our biggest moves to date. The project involved a full five day packing, removals, and unpacking service for customers who had lived in their home for more than 30 years.
With decades of belongings to carefully organise and transport, our team managed every stage of the move, from professionally packing the contents of the house to safely delivering everything to the new property. The move also included large outdoor items such as garden furniture, outbuildings, and barn contents.
Fortunately, we were able to transport many of the garden and outbuilding items to the new address before completion day. This helped make the final moving day far smoother and allowed the team to focus on unpacking and setting up the home.
Moves like this highlight the value of a full packing and unpacking service, particularly for customers who may not be able to manage heavy lifting or large volumes of belongings themselves. Our goal is always to make the moving process as smooth, organised, and stress free as possible.
A week after the move, we received a message from the customer that meant a great deal to the team.
“We were dreading our house move as we had lived there for over 30 years and had managed to amass far too much stuff both inside and outside the house. We opted for the full pack and unpack option as we have some health issues and cannot do the heavy lifting any more. We should not have worried because Warrens really did take care of everything and nothing was too much trouble. Garden furniture, even heavy cast iron, was no problem and everything was unpacked safely with zero damage. At the end of the week we were actually sad to see them go.
