You can call us on 01905 896600 to request a quote. Once you have booked, we will come and visit you and send your quotation on the same day.

As soon as your solicitor gives you a completion date, book us in. We often have good availability.

We will deliver the packaging to your doorstep at a date and time to suit you. All you need to do is ask us for it.

If you have opted for the standard removal package, we would recommend that you start packing non-essentials 2 weeks before move day. This should allow you enough time to pack everything up in a leisurely manner.

If you have opted for the standard removal package, you will need to pack up everything except your hanging clothes. You can leave the pictures on the walls and we will even sort out your wall-mounted TV and dismantle any large furniture. When packing please write on our very handy removal tape the contents and the room the box came from. as a rule we say “If it fits in box – put it in a box”.

If you have opted for the premium removal package, you don’t need to pack a thing, we will pack everything for you the day before you move.

If you have opted for the premium package, we will pack everything for you on the day before you move. You may want to keep some essentials to one side and have an overnight bag for your last night in your house.

On the morning of your move, we will dismantle furniture and load all the contents from your property on to our vehicles. We aim to have completed this part of the move by 1pm. Once completion has taken place, we will drive your belongings to your new home ready to unload and assemble furniture.

There is no set time for us to finish. We will stay as long as we need to ensure all furniture has been rebuilt and placed in the right place.

A 25% deposit is required to book. The remaining balance will become due the day before your move which can be paid by bank transfer or card.

If the change is within 7 days of the booked moved date we will need to retain your deposit but no further charges will apply as long as you let us know before the actual move date.

If you want to be helpful to your buyer, we suggest you prepare some notes on the following:

  • How to operate the boiler and alarm
  • Location of meters, fuse box and stopcock
  • Which day bins are collected
  • Label all of the keys or leave them in the lock
  • Close all of the windows
  • Lock all of the doors and garages
  • Take the meter readings and contact utility companies

Yes, we cover the whole of the UK. We carry out long distance moves weekly.

Yes we do. We can come and unpack items the day after your move. Just let us know when we do your survey.

Our availability varies but we can undertake 3-5 moves a day so we can often fit moves in. We also get last minute cancellations so it’s always worth speaking to us and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your move.
