As soon as your solicitor gives you a completion date, we recommend booking right away to secure your preferred time. We often have good availability, but early booking is the best way to guarantee your move date, especially for popular areas like Worcester, Stratford-upon-Avon, and Cheltenham.

We will deliver the packaging to your doorstep at a date and time to suit you. All you need to do is ask us for it.

  • Reusable wardrobe boxes with hanging rails – keep your clothes protected without single-use plastic.
  • Recyclable or paper-based packing tape – making your boxes fully recyclable.
  • Recycled, ink-free packing paper – ideal for protecting crockery, glassware, and other delicate kitchen items.
  • Eco bubble wrap – made from recycled or biodegradable materials for a greener alternative.
  • Recycled cardboard boxes – strong, practical, and fully recyclable after your move.
  • Reusable furniture protectors – heavy-duty blankets and protectors to avoid single-use plastic covers.

If you’ve chosen our standard removal package, we recommend starting to pack non-essentials around 2 weeks before your move. This gives you plenty of time to pack at a relaxed pace.
If you’ve booked our premium removal package, you don’t need to lift a finger; our team will pack everything for you the day before your move.

With the standard package, you’ll need to pack your belongings except for hanging clothes. Leave wall pictures in place – we’ll take care of those and we can also dismantle large furniture items such as wardrobes or wall-mounted TVs. Please label each box with its contents and the room it belongs to.

With the premium package, you don’t need to pack anything. Our team will professionally pack and prepare everything for you.

We begin packing the day before your move, ensuring everything is professionally wrapped, boxed, and ready. You may want to keep aside essentials and an overnight bag for your last night in your home.

On moving day, our team will carefully dismantle and load all furniture and contents onto our vehicles. We typically aim to finish this stage by early afternoon. Once your completion has gone through, we’ll deliver everything to your new property, rebuild furniture where needed, and place items in the correct rooms.

There’s no strict finish time, we stay until the job is done. We’ll ensure all furniture has been reassembled and everything is placed where you want it before we leave.

We require a 25% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due the day before your move and can be paid by bank transfer or card.

If your move date changes within 7 days of completion, your deposit will be retained.

For moves booked Monday to Thursday, deposits are otherwise refundable if you need to amend your booking.
For Friday moves, deposits are non-refundable at the time of booking, as Friday is our busiest day of the week and requires us to allocate additional resources in advance.

To make things easier for your buyer, it’s a good idea to leave helpful notes such as:

  • Boiler and alarm instructions
  • Fuse box, meters, and stopcock locations
  • Bin collection days
  • Keys labelled or left in locks
  • Windows and doors checked and secured
  • Final meter readings

Yes. We operate across the UK and carry out long-distance removals weekly. Whether you’re moving from Worcester to London, Manchester, or further afield, our team can handle it.

Yes. Our unpacking service is available the day after your move. Just let us know when booking if you’d like us to include it.

Our availability varies, but we can usually carry out 3–5 moves per day, meaning we can often accommodate last-minute bookings. We also regularly receive cancellation slots — so it’s always worth calling us.

Yes, absolutely.
